Return Policy

Because our juices are perishable, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase:

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or credit, provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Approved claims will receive either a replacement shipment or store credit.

Refund Policy

Spoiled or Damaged Products: If products arrive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you. Refunds are not generally offered for perishable goods, but may be considered in rare cases at our sole discretion.

Order Errors: If we send the wrong product, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the correct items.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened juice bottles, perishable items beyond 48 hours of delivery, and products damaged due to improper storage after delivery cannot be refunded.

Customer Credits for Spoilage (Wholesale & Retail)

In line with our wholesale policy, if any bottles arrive spoiled or damaged, customers will be credited for those items to ensure no customer loses value
